1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses, with full coverage for our core products:
  • Mainland U.S. (Contiguous States): No restrictions—Action Cameras, Speed Sensors, and Bicycles ship to every zip code, including rural areas.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Full delivery coverage (no surcharges for standard shipping) — remote regions may require 1–2 extra business days (see Section 3 for timelines).
  • U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa. Note: Bicycles to territories incur a $30 freight surcharge (covers extra logistics and customs processing); Action Cameras and Speed Sensors have no additional fees.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We ship via USPS Priority Mail (military discounts available—email us for details). Bicycles to APO/FPO addresses are shipped partially disassembled to meet postal size requirements.
  • PO Boxes: Action Cameras and Speed Sensors can be shipped to PO Boxes via USPS. Bicycles (due to size/weight) require a physical street address for freight delivery.

2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Eligibility

Shipping fees are calculated based on product type, weight, destination, and delivery speed. Below are standard rates for mainland U.S. (no extra charges for Alaska/Hawaii unless noted):

  • Speed Sensors: $5.99 (lightweight, shipped in padded envelopes).
  • Action Cameras: $9.99 (includes bubble wrap and “fragile” handling to protect lenses/screens).
  • Bicycles: $49.99 (freight shipping with curbside delivery; includes signature confirmation).

Express Shipping (FedEx 2Day / USPS Express Mail)

  • Speed Sensors: $14.99 (delivered in 2 business days).
  • Action Cameras: $19.99 (priority handling to avoid transit delays).
  • Bicycles: $79.99 (expedited freight delivery; includes inside delivery to your doorstep for an extra $20, available at checkout).

  • APO/FPO Bicycles: $25 assembly kit fee (includes tools and instructions for reassembly, as Bicycles are shipped partially disassembled).

3. Delivery Timelines

We process orders Monday–Friday (9 AM–5 PM ET)—orders placed after 3 PM ET ship the next business day (excluding U.S. holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, New Year’s Day).

Standard Shipping Timelines

  • Mainland U.S.: 3–5 business days (Speed Sensors/Action Cameras); 5–7 business days (Bicycles, due to freight processing).
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5–7 business days (Speed Sensors/Action Cameras); 7–10 business days (Bicycles).
  • U.S. Territories: 7–10 business days (Speed Sensors/Action Cameras); 10–14 business days (Bicycles).
  • APO/FPO Addresses: 7–10 business days (all products).

Express Shipping Timelines

Key Notes on Timelines

  • Bicycles: All Bicycles are inspected and packaged at our Tampa warehouse—add 1 business day for processing (e.g., a Monday order ships Tuesday, arrives Friday–Sunday).
  • Action Cameras/Speed Sensors: Shipped within 24 hours of order placement (mainland U.S. orders often arrive in 2–3 days via standard shipping).
  • Weather Delays: Severe weather (e.g., winter storms in the Northeast, hurricanes in the Southeast) may delay delivery—we’ll send a notification with an updated arrival date if this occurs.

4. Delivery Tracking & Notifications

5. Packaging & Product Protection

Our packaging is tailored to each product’s unique needs, ensuring safe transit:
  • Action Cameras: Sealed in a padded plastic case (to protect the lens and screen), then placed in a corrugated box with extra bubble wrap. All accessories (batteries, mounts, cables) are packed in a separate labeled pouch to avoid damage.
  • Speed Sensors: Shipped in small, rigid boxes with foam inserts to prevent movement. Cables are wrapped securely to avoid tangling or breakage.
  • Bicycles: Disassembled (handlebars, pedals, seat removed) and wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap and cardboard. The frame is protected with foam sleeves at critical points (frame tubes, forks), and the box is labeled “Fragile—Handle with Care” and “This Side Up.” We include assembly instructions and tools (for a small fee) to make setup easy.
We also include a delivery checklist with every order—please inspect your gear immediately upon receipt and note any damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt (critical for filing claims).

6. Handling Shipping Issues

6.1 Delayed Deliveries

6.2 Damaged Items
