Non-waterproof models (budget options) can be paired with our waterproof case (sold separately for $29.99) to reach IPX67 rating. All waterproof cameras include a lanyard to prevent loss in water.

Q5: Can I return a Bicycle if I’ve assembled part of it but it doesn’t fit?

A: Yes—we allow returns of partially assembled Bicycles if they don’t fit, as long as:
  • The frame and components are free of scratches, dents, or damage.
  • All original parts, tools, and packaging are included (even if opened).
  • You initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.

  • U.S. Territories: Delivery takes 7–10 business days; $15 surcharge added to standard/express fees.
All orders include tracking—you’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped. Bicycles require signature confirmation upon delivery.
