Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility Requirements

Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (aligned with U.S. Consumer Rights Act) and meet product-specific criteria:

Eligible Items

  • Unused, Unopened Products: Action Cameras in original packaging (with tags/accessories intact), Bicycles (unassembled, original box/seals unbroken), Speed Sensors (unopened, all cables/manuals included).
  • Defective Items: Products with manufacturing flaws (e.g., Action Camera lens scratches, Bicycle frame cracks, Speed Sensor connectivity issues) or shipping damage (e.g., dented Action Camera case, bent Bicycle handlebars).
  • Incorrect Items: Receiving a product that doesn’t match your order (e.g., wrong Bicycle frame size, 1080p Action Camera instead of 4K, Bluetooth Speed Sensor instead of ANT+).
  • Ill-Fitting Bicycles: Bicycles that don’t fit (even if partially assembled) — we offer exchanges for the correct frame size, as proper fit is critical for safety.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Used/Modified Items: Action Cameras with recorded footage, Bicycles with assembled parts/scratches, or Speed Sensors with paired devices (due to resaleability and electronics safety).
  • Damaged by Misuse: Products damaged from improper use (e.g., Action Camera submerged beyond waterproof rating, Bicycle crashed due to incorrect assembly, Speed Sensor exposed to extreme heat).
  • Custom-Made Items: Modified Bicycles (e.g., custom paint, upgraded components) cannot be returned unless defective—we confirm this before processing custom orders.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: Email gho819921@gmail.com with:
    • Full name, order number, delivery address.
    • Product details (e.g., “4K Action Camera – Black,” “Mountain Bike 18” Frame,” “Bluetooth Speed Sensor”).
    • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., “Bicycle frame too small,” “Action Camera won’t turn on,” “wrong Speed Sensor type”).
    • Supporting Evidence:
      • Damaged items: Clear photos/videos of the issue (e.g., Bicycle frame crack, Action Camera lens scratch) and original packaging.
      • Incorrect/ill-fitting items: Photos comparing the received product to your order confirmation (e.g., Bicycle frame size label, Action Camera resolution specs).
    We approve/deny requests within 2 business days and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved—do not return items without an RA number (unauthorized returns are rejected).
  2. Prepare the Item:
    • Action Cameras: Repack in original box (include all accessories: batteries, mounts, cables), wrap in bubble wrap to protect the lens.
    • Bicycles: Disassemble to original packaging (if partially assembled) or keep unopened—use the original box and padding to prevent frame damage.
    • Speed Sensors: Place in original box with all accessories—seal the box securely to avoid cable tangling.
  3. Arrange Return Shipping:
    • Small Items (Action Cameras, Speed Sensors):
      • Defective/incorrect: We send a pre-paid FedEx/USPS label—drop off at your nearest location within 7 days.
      • Change of mind: You pay return shipping ($8.99 for Action Cameras, $5.99 for Speed Sensors)—use a tracked service and share the tracking number.
    • Bicycles:
      • Defective/incorrect/ill-fitting: Free pre-paid shipping via freight carrier—we coordinate pickup from your address (no need to drop off).
      • Change of mind: $49.99 return fee (deducted from your refund, covers freight costs).

    Items must arrive within 14 days of RA approval—delays may affect eligibility.

3. Refund & Exchange Timelines

  • Refunds: Processed 3–5 business days after inspection. Refunds include:
    • Faulty/incorrect/ill-fitting items: Full product price + original delivery fee (no deductions).
    • Change of mind: Product price minus return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee (to clean/test electronics, inspect Bicycle frames).

      Refunds go to your original payment method—banks may take 3–5 days to credit funds.
  • Exchanges:
    • Same-product replacement (e.g., new Action Camera for defective one): Shipped within 5–7 business days—free delivery.
    • Size/type exchange (e.g., Bicycle frame 18” to 20”, Speed Sensor Bluetooth to ANT+): Processed once the return is verified. Pay the price difference (if new item is more expensive) or receive a partial refund (if cheaper).
